This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made at hmb.ink, operated by Aleksei Avduevskii, trading as HMBInk, a sole trader based in England and Wales. It is written in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

 

1. Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer purchasing goods online in the UK, you have the following statutory rights:

       Faulty within 30 days of delivery: You are entitled to a full refund if goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

       Faulty after 30 days but within 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If neither is possible, a refund will be offered.

       14-day right to cancel (change of mind): For all online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason (see Section 3 below).

These rights cannot be limited or waived by this policy or any other agreement.

 

2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window for change-of-mind returns. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided the item meets the conditions below.

 

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return under our extended policy, items must be:

       Returned within 30 days of the date you received them

       Unworn and unused

       In their original condition, with all tags still attached

       In their original packaging

       Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

 

3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period by contacting us at avduevskij@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days from your notice of cancellation to return the item.

We will issue a full refund of the item price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return (whichever is earlier).

Please note: unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of return postage for change-of-mind cancellations is your responsibility.

 

4. How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

To start a return:

       Email us at avduevskij@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return

       We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label

       Send the item to the address below once your return has been authorised

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, contact us immediately at avduevskij@gmail.com.

In these cases:

       We will cover the cost of return postage

       You may choose a full refund, repair, or replacement (subject to availability)

       If the item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund if you prefer one

Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs, when you contact us.

 

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned under our extended policy (your statutory rights for faulty goods still apply):

       Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

       Items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition

       Items without tags or original packaging

       Sale items (unless faulty)

       Gift cards

       Custom or personalised products (unless faulty or not as described)

 

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item under this policy (subject to eligibility) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

 

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at avduevskij@gmail.com.

 

9. EU Customers

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, your 14-day right to cancel applies in full as described in Section 3. The same item condition requirements apply.
