Shipping Policy
HMBInk — hmb.ink
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at hmb.ink, operated by Aleksei Avduevskii, trading as HMBInk. All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful, Inc. We ship worldwide.
1. Order Processing
All items are made to order. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to Printful for production.
Production time: typically 3–7 business days before your order is handed to the carrier. This is separate from delivery time.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, processing begins the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated per order based on your destination. All prices are in GBP.

The rates above apply to the first item and each additional t-shirt in the same order. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. They do not include production time (see Section 1).
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) or due to customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.
4. International Orders — Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not liable for any customs delays or additional costs incurred at the point of import. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at avduevskij@gmail.com.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at avduevskij@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with Printful to resolve the issue, which may result in a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at avduevskij@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted to Printful for production.
